Fall Astrology 2013

by Divine Harmony

~~

Aries

The Fall season coincides with the second set of eclipses of 2013, and the first one falls in your sign, bringing focus to your life direction and your relationships. The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on October 18 is asking you to let go of old ways of being so that new ways of relating and connecting can come in. In November, a disrupting and restructuring energy infuses your entire life. This energy is about rebirthing yourself and being so centered in your own power that outer storms cannot sway you. Mid-November is a time for spiritual inquiry, retreat, and reflection, so take time to honor the inward impulse. The year ends with a focus on independence versus interconnection and freedom versus commitment. It’s time to get clear if you are in or out: career-wise, relationship-wise, and otherwise. Once you are clear then it is time to ACT!

Taurus

Fall starts off with a focus on relationships and where the healing or releasing needs to happen so you can move forward in life. In October and November you are supported (maybe even forced) to address relationship karmas of the past, ideally so you can fully release them. The Lunar Eclipse in October lights up your 12th house of the Unconscious, bringing you face to face with all your unowned stuff around anger, assertiveness, and initiative. In mid-November it will be time to deal with and become complete around relationships. Luckily you have some sweet, compassionate support from friends and community connections, so if things are rough in relationships give thanks for the positive connections you DO have! In December, your ruling planet Venus stations retrograde making the end of the year a time to retreat, reflect, and learn from the past (and then let it go). More than simply a New Year, 2014 could be a new lease on life.

Gemini

Fall kicks off asking you to deal with the details, become organized and efficient, and attend to your health and well-being. It is key that you develop clarity, focus, and the ability to be groundedthis fall, as your Gemini tendency to be in ten places at once will not serve you, particularly with your ruling planet Mercury retrograde in October and November. Mid-December is a time to get your financial ducks in a row and follow through on all your commitments. The Universe rewards those who show up and do the work. With Venus stationing retrograde in your house of shared resources, debt, and intimacy in December it’s time to rethink, review, and revise sexual, emotional, and financial boundaries. It is time to question all agreements and either deepen them, renegotiate them, or scrap them altogether. Out with the old, in with the new!

~~

Cancer

This Fall is the perfect time to disengage from the ego’s drive to be right and see the Soul’s lesson in the midst of all the chaos playing out in life (personally and collectively).  The Lunar Eclipse on October 18 can deliver a shock to the system as home/family and career matters undergo profound shifts. The November Uranus/Pluto square brings focus to the shifting/changing nature of relationships and life path directions. Endings precede new beginnings, but in order to arrive at the new beginning you must complete the past. On November 6, Jupiter stations retrograde in your sign, making the coming months a time to reflect, introspect, and prune away the old rather than take on more stuff you cannot handle. In December something new is taking hold in your public life, while your personal life is going through an intense shift. If growth and vision are what you are after, your comfort zone is the last place you should stay.

Leo

The first half of Fall is about clarifying home/family agreements and becoming clear on what feels nurturing and supportive and what does not. Attending to the foundations in your life is necessary right now. The Lunar Eclipse in October brings some aspect of what you found True to an end and/or to a point where it shifts and changes in some unpredictable way. In November, inner journeys trump outer ones so make sure you give yourself time to reflect, introspect, and retreat.  Another focus in November is on debts you owe, money you share, and sexual/emotional/financial boundaries (or lack thereof) with others. This astrology asks that you set better boundaries and not play the martyr/victim/savior role in relationships. December closes with a focus on all the mundane details that may not be fun (but are necessary) so you can feel clear on what is coming with you into 2014 and what you are leaving behind. It’s also a time to get real about your health- so get to it!

Virgo

With your ruling planet Mercury stationing retrograde in October it’s a great time to rethink, review, and revise your mind, it’s ideas and beliefs and the ways your mental understanding limits you. The Lunar Eclipse in October asks that you address what attachments to people/things/material items in your life need to be released so you can grow. Mid-November, the focus in on your relationships and developing clarity around what they mean to you. This is a great time to address boundaries, projections, and clarify agreements with others. Healing happens when we can see our part in things, too. The year ends with Venus stationing retrograde in your house of creativity, self-expression, and children. The end of the year is a time to assess where you have been doing things from a traditional, obligational space and see where you can let go of what others want and need so that you can be more authentically you.

 Libra

This Fall is the perfect time to take stock of your bottom line, become organized and efficient financially and weed out anything that does not support a more consciously abundant way of living. The mid-October Lunar Eclipse brings to Light any areas of self and other, give and take that are out of balance. It’s the prefect time to clean house and get rid of relationships that take more than they give or that wound more than they heal.  In November the Uranus/Pluto square brings focus to the changes going on in your home/family life and your relationships. The structure of who you are and what you want is radically changing, so don’t be surprised if people/situations in your life change as well. November is also a time to cut back and develop clarity on what you want career-wise rather than just overextending yourself more and more. The year ends on a reflective note, asking you to understand the past (childhood, past lives, last year) so that you can fully let it go.

 Scorpio

Fall is a time to take stock of your daily work and routines and make sure you are not running yourself ragged. There needs to be time for reflection, introspection, meditation and fun in balance with work and dedication to life goals. Overworking will overdo it on your body–so take care and find a balance that works. November is time to speak up, say what you need to say, and let the chips fall where they may. The Solar Eclipse in your sign is an opportunity to write a new chapter in life if and when you are ready, able, and willing to close certain doors to the past. The year ends with opportunities to clear house mentally. Let go of limiting ideas, beliefs and attitudes–particularly of the patriarchal/traditional variety. New ideas and new people are set to come into your life in the New Year, but you have to make space for them to come in, so do your end-of-the-year housekeeping right!

 Sagittarius

This Fall is a great time to turn within, retreat from the world, and focus on your inner journey. It’s a time for seeing your own shadow, fears, and dreams, and perhaps even developing insight into relationship patterns you are this close to being ready to drop.  The October Lunar Eclipse brings Light to where you are not being true to yourself or to your creative Self. In November, pay attention to sudden information coming to Light: dreams, intuition, and synchronicities. Major shifts in your self-esteem and self-worth are also possible. In November, your ruling planet Jupiter stations retrograde making the end of 2013 a time for internal navigation. The year ends with a focus on finances and the bottom line. Clean house and become organized and efficient; less spending and more saving or appropriating is the smart move as 2013 completes itself!

~~

 Capricorn

This Fall starts off with tension between your home/family environment (and the demands on you) and your desires to be free and pursue your own off-beat path can arise. The Lunar Eclipse in October can bring home/family issues to a head, asking you to address where imbalances are in your life and become clear on what changes need to happen. In November, the second Uranus/Pluto square is exact, bringing focus to your path of empowerment and the things you need to release and let go of to get there.  The Solar Eclipse in November is a great time to connect with others or join a new community. In December the changes that you have been contemplating start to happen swiftly and suddenly. The year ends with Venus stationing retrograde in your sign, making the end of the year the perfect time to rethink, review, and revise your entire life, relationships, values, and self-worth. Drop the excess baggage before the New Year begins!

~~

 Aquarius

Fall opens up with a focus on how to have success in your life while still speaking your Truth. Seeing what is no longer working–including expectations and validations of others and the world around you–is key. The Lunar Eclipse in October is a make it or break it time. Changes in your ideas, beliefs, and thoughts are likely to come and perhaps finally having certain conversations and letting the chips fall where they may.  Mid-October to mid-November is a time to rethink, review, and revise your life path, purpose and calling. The November Solar Eclipse in your career house helps you to start a new chapter or even a new volume in your life path and purpose. This requires a radical departure from the old and an unwavering commitment to your vision. The best way to end the year is in reflection, contemplation, and introspection. Don’t get caught up in parties and social activities at the expense of your inner connection and process.

~~

Pisces

Fall starts off with a focus on your Higher Self, spiritual path, and journey of growth and expansion, asking you to drop your needs for safety and security so you can leap into the unknown. The Lunar Eclipse in October lights up your financial houses, bringing financial, emotional, and/or sexual issues to focus. It’s time to become clear on what is yours, what is not, what you need to hold on to and what you need to release. October through November is the time for introspection and reflection around relationships, belonging, home/family, and what your Spirit needs so you can grow. The Solar Eclipse in November can start a new chapter or even a new volume on your Higher Self’s path.  It’s time to get out of your own backyard/zip code and move or travel abroad (physically or symbolically). The end of the year has a focus on friendship, community, and the heartfelt connections that really matter. Give thanks for all the Love in your life!
